Some interesting poetic justice here. The cousin of a slain 10 year old serving time in same prison as her killer tatooed "Katies Revenge" on the forehead of the man who raped and killed the 10 year old. I'm not sure if the guy who did the tatooing should be sentenced to more time or not.
